Eoin Flavin
Head of Innovation Practice
Eoin is a successful Innovation Management advisor, a world-leading expert in and contributor to the ISO 56000 family of global Innovation Management standards and a 2nd Dan Innovation Management Black Belt with Innovation360. He is also vice-chair of Ireland’s advisory committee on innovation standards and co-founder of Innovate Island, the community for innovation practitioners, advocates and explorers throughout Ireland. As a serial builder of successful new businesses, teams and systems, Eoin delivers sustained growth and other impacts with leaders at multi-nationals and startups alike. Eoin always focuses on people and their real needs; synthesising the right capabilities, strategies, cultures and systems for each team and context.
Angelo McNeive
CEO, Head of Change & Sustainability Practice
Angelo is a business psychologist, advisor and facilitator with experience supporting clients across public sector to develop and execute strategy including the National Digital Strategy, Public Service Reform. With over 25 years global experience in L&D, his human capital development work focuses on building critical human and organisational capabilities in change, innovation and sustainability leadership. He works with executive and senior leadership teams across a range of sectors. Angelo holds an Honours Degree in Psychology, a Masters Degree in Business Administration and an MSc in Occupational Psychology. He is a Chartered Psychologist in Ireland and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK.

He has a proven track record as a Chief Technology Officer and Innovation Manager, where he has been pivotal in leading digital transformations and implementing innovation strategies particularly around language models products at CLEAR Global.
