Course Agenda
The agenda on Achieving Lasting Change includes two modules designed to better prepare participants to lead change.
-
Module 1: Sustaining Change
Change is a marathon, not a sprint. Like endurance runners, we need to include moments of pause and reflection to maintain forward momentum. In this module, you’ll learn how to assess the current state of your change effort and explore strategies to stay in Thrive mode, re-energising your organisation when Urgency begins to fade.
-
Modules 2: Instituting Change
One of the greatest challenges in any change effort is ensuring it endures. Deep-rooted cultural behaviours and organisational systems can easily pull us back into old habits. In this module, you’ll discover why adaptable cultures are more likely to succeed and how to identify signs of agility within your organisation. You’ll also learn how to evaluate your management systems and processes to make sure the new ways of working are consistently reinforced.
