Module 1: Igniting True Urgency
In this module, you’ll examine the distinctions between true urgency, false urgency, and complacency, learning how to recognise each. You’ll discover strategies for sparking genuine urgency by understanding the different styles you may encounter in your change efforts. Additionally, you’ll practice techniques for effectively communicating urgency, with practical tips for building and sustaining it throughout any transformation journey.

Module 2: Building a Guiding Coalition
After honing your skills in building and sustaining urgency for change, you’ll delve into the role of Guiding Coalitions in orchestrating, expanding, and sustaining transformation efforts. Discover what makes a Guiding Coalition effective, and learn how to recruit and assemble a team that will significantly boost your chances of advancing change successfully.

With over 25 years global experience in L&D, his human capital development work focuses on building critical human and organisational capabilities in change, innovation and sustainability leadership. He works with executive and senior leadership teams across a range of sectors. Angelo holds an Honours Degree in Psychology, a Masters Degree in Business Administration and an MSc in Occupational Psychology. He is a Chartered Psychologist in Ireland and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK.
