The agenda on Foundations of Change includes three modules designed to better prepare participants to lead change.

Start your journey by exploring the three key elements of the Science of Change including: Human nature, focusing on our innate wiring and how the Survive and Thrive responses influence our openness or resistance to change; the structure and limitations of modern organizations; effective, proven strategies and principles for leading successful change initiatives

Module 2: Kotter’s 4 Change Principles
Next, delve into Kotter’s Core Change Principles. Through interactive activities and practical exercises, you’ll learn to apply these principles to foster an environment where others are more engaged and receptive to change.

Module 3: Kotter’s 8 Accelerators for Leading Change
Deepen your understanding by learning how to apply the key success factors of each of the 8 Accelerators to your own work.

Angelo is a business psychologist, advisor and facilitator with experience supporting clients across public sector to develop and execute strategy including the National Digital Strategy, Public Service Reform. With over 25 years global experience in L&D, his human capital development work focuses on building critical human and organisational capabilities in change, innovation and sustainability leadership. He works with executive and senior leadership teams across a range of sectors. Angelo holds an Honours Degree in Psychology, a Masters Degree in Business Administration and an MSc in Occupational Psychology. He is a Chartered Psychologist in Ireland and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK.
